Bleaching is carried out by insecure people - people who haven't had the time or opportunity to find themselves & be proud of what they have been blessed with. as 'precious' said, bleaching doesn't make their lives any better, it just attracts like minded 'shallow' people, 'shallow' not necessarily of their own doing but by how they have been socialised.
but who am i to judge?
